PROJECT SCHEDULING

Construction schedules are typically affected weather, finances, and availability of labor and materials.

We carefully consider these factors so your project can begin on time and be completed on schedule and within budget.

Probably the biggest factor affecting project scheduling is the availability of sufficient finances.  If finances are limited, consider downsizing the job, or developing a phased approach.  The lack of adequate materials or competent labor sources can slow down or stop the job entirely. When the project is too large based upon finances, time, space, labor and materials availability, and design parameters, it may be necessary to downsize the whole project into smaller sections.  This may actually increase the time and cost of planning and the overall project, but it has the advantage of being more manageable and affordable in the short term.
