The Condition Survey assesses the buildings’ current condition and provides its owner with options and schedules for remedial and/or maintenance procedures, as well as prioritized, preliminary budget cost estimates.  The information obtained from this inspection will determine the type and extent of treatments needed to insure the buildings’ future well-being.  

In short, the Condition Survey lays the groundwork for establishing an efficient, pro-active, long range Maintenance Program enabling a full understanding of what is needed for the buildings, when it should be done, and how much it will cost.
