Preliminary Cost Estimates based upon comparable current and past projects should provide rough cost estimates for the current project and may provide enough preliminary information for the building owner to understand whether the project under consideration is feasible.  

Construction Cost Estimates can only be established after or simultaneously with Design Development and the input of design professionals: Architects, Engineers, etc. as needed.
